    The CCC Technology Center is committed to making its online application accessible to individuals of all abilities. The Technology Center is developed to be in compliance with California Government Code 11135, which requires such technologies to meet the accessibility requirements of Section 508 of the federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended (29 U.S.C. Sec. 794d). Our goal is to make the Technology Center application accessible to everyone, including individuals with disabilities.

    Keyboard Commands

    Web browsers provide support for a variety of keyboard commands to support navigation and interaction without requiring the use of a mouse. The following table includes common keyboard commands:

    Chatbot Accessibility

    We are aware that the chatbot may not be accessible to people with visual, mobility, and cognitive disabilities. There are keyboard accessibility issues that affect users with visual and mobility disabilities and we are working with the vendor to improve accessibility. If you are unable to use the chatbot, please contact us using the information on the CCCHelp page.

    Reporting an Issue

    The Technology Center strives to test various assistive technologies and web browsers to ensure a positive user experience. However, some assistive technology and web browser combinations may function better than others. If you cannot access content or use a feature due to a disability, please report the issue to:
